Site Reliability Engineer Position at MaintainX

Drive operational excellence at MaintainX as a Site Reliability Engineer. Focus on reliability and mentoring while collaborating across development teams in a cloud environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and guide development teams on service maturity
- Implement best observability practices in collaboration
- Enable teams for independent service deployment
- Mentor on reliability to boost team self-sufficiency
- Drive tooling adoption across the platform division
- 3–5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or software development
- Deep knowledge in distributed systems observability
- Proficient in cloud-native infrastructure and tools
- Programming skills in languages like TypeScript
- Strong communicator with exceptional collaboration skills
