Senior Project Architect - Alstom Toronto

Alstom is looking for a Senior Project Architect based in Toronto, ON to lead system design and project delivery for innovative transport solutions. Embrace the hybrid work model as you drive efficiency and excellence in signalling systems. In this pivotal role, you'll act as the technical interface between various teams and customers, ensuring the successful deployment of transport solutions. Your responsibilities will include design specification writing and alignment of project strategies with customer needs, enhancing collaboration across stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design reviews and capture technical requirements
- Organize project kickoff meetings for baseline validation
- Monitor system deliveries and provide solutions
- Coordinate troubleshooting across all project phases
- Contribute to the improvement of reference libraries
- Engineering qualification in Electronics, Electrical, or Control Systems
- 5+ years of relevant experience in system design
- Deep understanding of signalling systems highly desirable
- Analytical problem-solving skills essential
- Strong reporting and communication abilities in English
