In this senior role, you'll oversee all accounting departments and prepare financial statements in alignment with corporate policies. Your leadership in budgeting and strategic analysis will guide key business decisions and foster growth initiatives. Collaborating closely with operations, you'll implement system improvements and monitor internal controls, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead accounting teams for accounts receivable and payable - Prepare financial statements and consolidated reports - Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis - Implement internal controls and compliance measures - Manage capital expenditures and cash flow oversight
Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of relevant progressive experience - CPA designation is required - Strong background in ASPE and/or IFRS - Expertise in Microsoft Excel and financial systems - Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving skills
