Lead Canadian supply chain strategy and operations at Beiersdorf, balancing product availability, fulfilment, inventory, cost, working capital, and risk.As Head of Supply Chain, you will lead end-to-end Canadian operations and oversee Demand Planning, Customer Replenishment and Collaboration, and Value Added Services. You will translate business strategy into reliable operations supporting customer service, profitable growth, and product launches. The scope includes local teams, North America functions, and external service providers.Key Responsibilities:
Define Canadian strategy, operating plans, and improvement roadmapsOversee availability, fulfilment, warehousing, transportation, and inventoryLead Demand Planning and own S&OP contributionsDirect replenishment, collaboration, VAS, and rework performanceManage budgets, forecasts, savings, and productivity improvementsRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant education and experienceTypically ten to fifteen or more years’ progressive supply chain experienceAt least five years leading teams and substantial operational scopeDemand planning, logistics, inventory, launches, and budget ownership experienceProfessional French and English proficiency for Canadian stakeholdersBring matrix leadership, supply chain expertise, and cost discipline to Beiersdorf Canada’s customer-focused operations and growth agenda.
