Supply Secretary

Job Responsibility:

We are a growing logistics company specializing in supply chain management, transportation, and inventory coordination. Our team is dedicated to optimizing logistics operations and ensuring efficient supply chain solutions for businesses across Canada. As we expand, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Secretary to support our logistics team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update logistics records, shipment schedules, and inventory reports.
  • Assist with processing purchase orders, invoices, and delivery confirmations.
  • Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Prepare and manage shipping documents, contracts, and compliance paperwork.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for the logistics department.
  • Support the tracking of shipments and ensure accurate data entry in logistics management systems.
  • Assist in handling logistics-related inquiries and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Ensure proper filing and organization of logistics and supply chain documents.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or logistics-related role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics software (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Familiarity with supply chain and logistics terminology is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with different teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in record-keeping.
