Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive digital marketing measurement strategies
• Establish KPIs and metrics across digital channels
• Identify optimization opportunities for conversion and ROI
• Lead data remediation initiatives for quality improvements
• Create interactive dashboards and performance reports
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Business, Data Science, or related field
• 5+ years in digital analytics or business intelligence
• 3+ years in people management
• Advanced proficiency in digital analytics platforms
• Strong project management skills
