Senior Marketing Consultant – Credit Card Analytics

Our client, a Top 5 Canadian Bank, is looking to hire a Senior Marketing Consultant - Credit Card Analytics for a 12-month contract (with potential extension or conversion to FTE). This is a hybrid position based in Toronto. Responsibilities:
- Provide analytical and consultative support for credit card acquisition and retention campaigns, delivering detailed post-campaign analyses at both portfolio and channel levels.
- Conduct deep-dive analytics to identify insights, trends, and actionable recommendations that drive cardholder engagement, acquisition, and retention.
- Perform test vs. control and A/B testing to assess campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies.
- 3-5 years of experience in a consultative data analysis role (8+ years total business analysis experience preferred).
- Credit card analytics experience is strong preferred, with deep understanding of the credit card lifecycle--onboarding, usage trends, segmentation, and retention.
- Proficiency in SQL, SAS (including macros), Tableau, and Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, statistical analysis, and ability to synthesize large, complex datasets.
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams.
- Proven success working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and storytelling ability to translate complex data into business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics.
