Digital Consultant, Marketing

Overview Our client, one of Canada's leading banks, and they are looking for a Digital Consultant, Marketing to join a collaborative Marketing Operations team. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across owned digital channels, driving campaign execution, personalization, optimization, and performance reporting. You'll work within agile cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives that enhance customer engagement and digital adoption. Contract: 12 months (extension and permanent opportunity possible) Hybrid: 1 day onsite per week (Thursday) + every 4th Friday of the month Location: Toronto, ON Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital marketing campaigns from planning to reporting.
• Execute campaigns across digital channels including websites, email, and digital banking platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights using analytics and optimization tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness, personalization, and delivery processes.
• Maintain campaign documentation, test results, and performance reports.
• Support agile marketing practices and contribute to continuous process improvements.
  

Must-Have Skills

• 3+ years of end-to-end digital marketing campaign management.
• 3+ years of marketing operations experience.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target , or similar marketing platforms.
• Experience using Adobe Workfront for campaign planning and project management.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Banking or fintech industry experience.
• Experience with Jira.
• Knowledge of Agile marketing methodologies.
