Entry Level Virtual Executive Assistant

Northern Primrose Consulting Inc

Support clients and internal operations as an Entry Level Virtual Executive Assistant with Northern Primrose. This remote role offers exposure to various administrative tasks and client interactions within a structured environment. Northern Primrose is seeking an organized individual ready to start in October 2026. You'll handle client email, scheduling, and project updates while learning to adapt to each client’s style. Experience with tools like ClickUp and Asana is encouraged but not required, as you'll be supported in your learning process. Key Responsibilities:

Manage client email, calendars, and scheduling tasks
Support meetings with notes and action items
Update tasks in ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com
Create SOPs and process documentation
Assist with CRM updates and social media coordination

Requirements:

Relevant experience in administration or customer service
Technical comfort and quick learning ability
Availability for remote work within business hours
Open to receiving and applying feedback
Familiarity with ClickUp is a bonus
