Specialized Programs Manager in Toronto

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement resources supporting advisor growth
- Adapt client-facing tools and insights for holistic solutions
- Partner with stakeholders for alignment on business goals
- Foster relationships to gather input on best practices
- Manage effective communication of Total Wealth resources
- University degree or relevant experience
- 5–7+ years in the brokerage industry with a focus on marketing
- Strong understanding of the advisor/client experience
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; bilingualism is advantageous
