We are looking for a US Tax Senior Manager for a Big 4 Firm in Toronto, to join their dedicated US Tax team.
The role will include planning work on:
Plan and review US federal, state, and local tax compliance projects for a broad range of clients;
Consulting with our clients in managing their US tax needs, including reorganizations, loss limitation rules, earnings stripping, etc. to a portfolio of diverse clients;
Assist with matters associated with cross border mergers and acquisitions and post merger integrations;
Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients.
