Bowl of Heaven Beef Noodle House is a restaurant in Saskatoon specializing in authentic, traditional Chinese cuisine, with a focus on Lanzhou hand-pulled noodle soups. Due to our successful business and high demand, we are looking to expand our team to ensure the best service and quality for our customers.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and cook authentic Lanzhou hand-pulled noodle soups
- Ensure high quality and consistency of all dishes
- Update menus according to seasonal availability
- Ensure accurate costing of all menu items to maximize gross profit
- Train and guide kitchen staff to ensure good portion control and presentation of dishes
- Manage and maintain food inventory, ensuring proper storage conditions
- Control waste and record/report all wastage
- Communicate daily with management regarding special requirements
- Strictly adhere to all statutory hygiene requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in making Lanzhou hand-pulled noodles
- Proficient in traditional Lanzhou hand-pulled noodle techniques
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Responsible and detail-oriented
- Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:
