Strategic Finance Lead at LayerZero

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the annual operating plan and quarterly reforecasts
- Develop KPI definitions and reporting for leadership
- Prepare materials for board and investor reviews
- Partner with executives on resource allocation decisions
- Build the strategic finance function and planning tech stack
- 4-8 years in FP&A, strategic finance, or investment banking
- Proven experience in high-growth tech or crypto environments
- Strong financial modeling skills for CEO and CFO reliance
- Expertise in NetSuite or other modern planning tools
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
