Job Description
The Crew Member role at our fast food restaurant involves working within a small, dynamic team to deliver outstanding customer service through order taking, food preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This position operates on rotating shifts and offers excellent opportunities for growth, including promotions to supervisory roles and cross-training in other departments.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Take and process customer orders accurately
- Prepare food items following safety and quality standards
- Handle cash transactions securely
- Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
- Restock inventory and supplies as needed
- Operate restaurant equipment safely and effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in food service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills
- Cash handling experience
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Effective communication skills
- Good time management and problem-solving abilities
