Salary Range: Commission - OTE $60,000 - 110,000/yearly

About The Current Open Role

Roy Foss Chevrolet Woodbridge is currently hiring! We are actively seeking top-tier talent to join our team as a Sales Consultant. If you are an experienced professional looking to drive your career forward, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle—from initial inquiry and test drives to negotiations, closing deals, and coordinating with our finance and service teams for a smooth, exceptional vehicle delivery.

What We're Looking For 

• Greet and assist customers, identify their vehicle needs, and build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service and regular follow-ups. 
• Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to delivery, including test drives, negotiations, and closing deals in alignment with dealership targets. 
• Maintain thorough knowledge of vehicle features, pricing, including of competitor brands 
• Maintain contact with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and solicit referrals. 
• Work with finance and service teams to ensure smooth delivery and complete all sales documentation in accordance with dealership and regulatory standards. 
• Accurately update and manage customer interactions in the CRM system to track leads, schedule follow-ups, and ensure timely communication. 
• All other duties as deemed necessary by Sales Manager / General Manager 

What You'll Bring 

• 1-3 Years in a sales background. 
• Bring a winning mindset, strong hustle, self-motivation to deliver results daily & finding the best solutions so we can all win. 
• Go the extra mile with excellent listening and problem-solving skills to create an outstanding customer journey. 
• Work collaboratively with a professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and an engaging presence. 
• Maintain a high level of accuracy, especially in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. 
• Comfortable using technology; experience with 1-80 software is an asset. 
• Qualifications: Valid OMVIC certification, driver’s license, and clean driving record required 
• Previous GM experience nice to have, but not required 
• Professional demeanour and appearance. 
• Willingness to consistently go the extra mile to create an extraordinary customer experience. 
• Self-motivated with excellent work ethic. 
• Available for shifts 9-5/1-8 and Saturdays.
