Inside Sales Equipment Administrator - Woodbridge Office
Consolidated Dealers is a buying group owned 100% by the new car dealers of Canada, providing all products and services necessary to make each dealership more profitable since 1979.
More than 2,500 new car and truck dealerships are members of Consolidated Dealers, from Victoria to St. Johns. Operating out of 3 warehouses in Woodbridge, Ontario (Head Office), Edmonton, Alberta and Ottawa, Ontario. We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Automotive Equipment Sales Representative.
Our market is exclusively new car dealerships, and we represent the finest products available that drive the highest level of performance in the fixed operations departments of new car dealerships.
What you will do with us
As the Inside Sales Equipment Administrator based in Woodbridge, you will build relationships with our customers by assisting with any product inquiries, maintaining the customer database and processing orders. Reporting to the Equipment Inside Sales Supervisor, you will support the field sales and project management teams.

· You will be a Brand Ambassador, by building brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences. You will consistently ensure that our corporate image is reflected.
Who Are You
· You have 1-2 years of prior inside/counter sales experience. Automotive is an asset
· You have the proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships.
· You can prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a good attitude.
· You have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to learn and share knowledge.
· Resourceful, with the ability to work autonomously, and strong attention to detail
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel, Word and Outlook. Aptitude to learn new software and systems.
· Inventory management knowledge and experience
· University Degree strongly recommended
