ABOUT US:

Sparkle Solutions specializes in providing laundry equipment to large-scale facilities, including apartment buildings, fire departments, municipalities, condominiums and hotels in Canada. Property owners, managers and residents prefer Sparkle Solutions because of our expert management, seamless installation and robust reporting capabilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• Meeting with potential new customers for the purpose of Equipment Sales, & Leasing.
• Develop and grow business relationships with property owners and decision-makers.
• Preparing, conducting and following up on meetings with customers assigned to respective national territories.
• Maintaining accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in a timely and accurate manner.
• Attending relevant industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build business
• Daily tracking of sales for weekly reports submitted to management
• Attend team meetings for continued training and development of business skills
• Basic understanding of laundry systems, technologies preferred.
• Prospecting and cold calling to establish new customers by managing a sales pipeline and developing proposals to customers.
• Must be able to travel, clean driving record and ability to drive to appointments.
• Perform other duties & projects as assigned by your Manager related to laundry.
• Attend our showroom and effectively manage walk-in customers.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• 5-7 years of previous experience in a sales role (Preference given to related industry experience).
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Ability to develop and consistently grow over time.
• Successful candidates will have a strong sense for building relationships with potential customers.
• Solid track record in developing growth with new and existing accounts
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills
• Strategic thinker
• Resourceful & organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:

The top candidate(s) will be required to undergo a security screening check conducted by Sparkle Solutions Human Resources. The process involves a background investigation that includes Criminal record and other pre-employment reports including work references from previous employers, driving abstract verification etc.
