fulltime and permanent ‘Restaurant Manager’ to join our Restaurant.
JOB TITLE: Restaurant Manager
LOCATION: 3200 Dufferin street, Unit 10B, North York, Ontario M6A 3B2. (1 Vacancy)
JOB TYPE: Regular
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Permanent; Full-time
ANTICIPATED START DATE: As soon as Possible
SALARY: $36.00 per Hour
HOURS OF EMPLOYMENT: 30-35 hours/Week
WORK SETTING: Restaurant

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Manage and oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including coordinating services and
ensuring smooth workflow.
 Decide on the types of services and offerings available and implement procedures to maintain
operational efficiency.
 Hire, train, and mentor staff, providing guidance to ensure proper performance and adherence
to safety standards.
 Organize staff schedules, monitor their work, and provide feedback to maintain high
productivity and service quality.
 Monitor inventory, sales, and financial reports to control costs, adjust pricing, and make
operational improvements.
 Plan and oversee marketing initiatives, special promotions, and catering services to attract
customers and increase revenue.
 Maintain standards of cleanliness, food quality, and workplace safety, ensuring compliance with
health regulations.
 Negotiate with suppliers to secure food, beverages, and other necessary supplies at optimal
terms.
 Address and resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and maintain the
restaurant’s reputation.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
 College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to
2years
 2 years to less than 3 years of experience is in the position or related position
 Ability to supervisor 5-10 people

 Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented multi-tasking environment
 Fluent in English and excellent written and verbal Communication skills
 Ability to work independently, flexible, good time management, organizational, good team
work and Interpersonal Skills.
