A diversified Canadian-owned manufacturing business is seeking a Director, Change Management, to lead the people-side of change in HR modernization. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of change management experience and a deep understanding of HR service delivery models. Responsibilities include developing change strategies, conducting impact assessments, and collaborating with various departments to ensure successful adoption of new HR technologies.
