Step into a pivotal role as the Infrastructure Technical Lead at LifeLabs in Etobicoke, Ontario. This hybrid position merges technical mastery with team leadership to enhance operational efficiency. You will serve as the key Subject Matter Expert, ensuring the optimization of enterprise-grade systems including Citrix DaaS and Hitachi SAN. With over 8 years in technology leadership, you’ll manage incidents, mentor engineers, and drive significant infrastructure projects to completion. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining high service levels for millions of patients. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the integrity of enterprise infrastructure
- Lead incident response and problem resolution
- Document processes and maintain operational standards
- Drive improvements in system performance and reliability
- Mentor team members and support their development
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent
- 8+ years of experience in technology leadership
- Hands-on infrastructure management experience
- Proficient communication and analytical skills
- Certifications in relevant technical fields preferred
