In this role, you will spearhead deployment bid initiatives within the Solutions Deployment organization. A strong technical foundation in urban railway, specifically CBTC, is essential, along with experience managing multidisciplinary teams. You will be responsible for consolidating estimates, interfacing with clients, and ensuring effective communication throughout the bidding process.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive deployment bid activities and manage milestones
• Review functional deployment estimates and risk assessments
• Prepare Installation Statement of Work for subcontractor quotes
• Interface with customers to clarify project solutions
• Collaborate on project schedule development and compliance matrices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science
• 8+ years in the urban railway industry, with CBTC experience
• 5+ years deploying CBTC solutions on projects
• 2+ years in bids and proposals experience
• Robust communication and project management skills
