As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a 3D Scanning Technician to join our Cladding Drafting department. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and wants to contribute to meaningful, high-impact projects.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and assess the creditworthiness and risk of new customer accounts
- Monitor and maintain customer credit limits
- Make daily collection calls and perform timely follow-ups
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve issues affecting receivables, escalating where needed
- Process and allocate customer payments and credit card transactions
- Provide regular updates on collection activity and outstanding accounts
- Confirm invoice receipt and required documentation with customers
- Address billing disputes and short payments to ensure prompt resolution
- Perform account reconciliations accurately and on time
- Maintain knowledge of construction law as it relates to credit and collections
- Support the team with additional duties as required
What You Bring to the Team
- Degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Experience in construction accounting is highly preferred
- Familiarity with Jonas or other accounting software is an asset
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
- Working knowledge of commercial credit reporting and scores
- Ability to work both independently and within a team setting
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team-first environment
