Professional Services Lead at Rentman

Join Rentman as a Professional Services Lead, where you will champion customer onboarding and implementation. This role fuses operational leadership with direct team building and project successes. In this impactful role, you’ll lead a team focused on customer training and technical implementations, ensuring clients effectively adopt Rentman’s SaaS platform. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams like Sales and Customer Success to foster successful project delivery while driving a revenue-generating strategy within Professional Services. Your leadership is critical in achieving an 85% onboarding success rate. Key Responsibilities:
• Define and pursue PS revenue targets actively
• Develop the Professional Services team through coaching
• Oversee PS delivery pipeline for all projects
• Maintain billable utilization within set parameters
• Address delivery risks to ensure timelines are met Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years in a Professional Services role
• 2 years in a leadership/management context
• Track record of revenue generation in SaaS
• Proven experience managing concurrent projects
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills Bring your expertise in project delivery and team management to enhance Rentman’s customer success and satisfaction.
