As a Senior Microsoft Security Consultant within the Professional Services organization, you will be responsible for leading the service delivery functions and technical teams involved with the planning, setup, configuration, and administration of identity management and workplace endpoint security solutions.

What you’ll do:

Work closely with related teams on Microsoft Security and Identity Management implementation projects, including upgrades, installations, configurations, migrations, security policy design, administration, and user training, requiring technical knowledge of cloud security solutions including M365 Defender, Defender for Cloud, and Sentinel.

Collaborate with internal teammates, end‑users, and vendor representatives (Microsoft) on the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of MS Teams, in accordance with contract SLAs.

Mentor and develop Consultants, Engineers and Technicians on the team, providing guidance on technical and soft skills.

Serve as a technical expert with strong customer interaction skills and the ability to advise on, implement, and manage complex solution and service deployments for clients.

Maintain a hunger for learning and pursue relevant certifications and training for Microsoft Endpoint Security and Identity Management.

Represent Softchoice as a technical authority and subject‑matter expert at trade shows, events, and speaking engagements.

Work in a highly visible customer‑facing role.

Create detailed, actionable Statements of Work with architects, engineers, and project managers.

Stay updated on new trends and technology updates.

Computer Science / Information Technology degree, diploma, or equivalent experience.

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

5+ years of client‑facing professional services experience or 7+ years of related industry experience.

Updated certifications and training, including Microsoft Certified Security Operations Analyst Associate and Security Administrator Associate.

Compensation: Base pay range: $99,750 to $133,000 annually plus 14% target incentives.
