- Direct process design efforts for BPM platforms like Pega
- Monitor performance metrics for prioritization and enhancement
- Strong background in supply chain process architecture
- Proven experience in business process management
- Ability to transform business aims into actionable designs
- Familiarity with BPM tools and automation methodologies
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration
