Strategic Business Transformation Manager Toronto

Overview Become a Strategic Business Transformation Manager in our Toronto office, driving efficiency-focused initiatives through cross-functional collaboration. Enhance customer experience and operational outcomes. We are looking for a qualified with 7–10 years of experience in business transformation or related fields.
This role emphasizes managing large, complex programs that deliver measurable improvements across the organization. You will facilitate communication with high-level stakeholders and utilize complex data for informed decision-making within a adaptable work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver complex transformation initiatives
Define execution strategies for enterprise-wide changes
Analyze processes to improve operational performance
Develop communications for program changes to leadership
Guide teams to achieve measurable customer outcomes
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
7–10 years in relevant business transformation roles
Solid leadership capabilities with cross-functional teams
Excellent analytical and presentation skills
Experience in payments or fintech is a plus
