Process Transformation Manager - AI Driven

We seek a Process Transformation Manager who excels in consulting and implementing effective automation strategies. This role demands over seven years of experience in process transformation or strategic consulting. You will leverage AI to identify automation use cases while influencing key business leaders through consultative leadership. Additionally, your expertise in risk management and process design will ensure solutions align with compliance and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and prioritize AI and automation use cases
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management
• Design and improve end-to-end business processes
• Monitor performance through KPIs and dashboards
• Collaborate with stakeholders on transformation initiatives Requirements:
• 7+ years in process transformation or consulting
• Proven AI and automation solutioning experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and risk management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Drive process optimization and innovation while enhancing customer experiences in this crucial management role.
