This role is perfect for PhD graduates eager to revolutionize chemical research in Shanghai. XtalPi is searching for talented PhD holders in Chemistry to contribute to our Shanghai-based team. You will design innovative synthesis plans and collaborate with Computational Chemistry experts to drive intelligent chemical automation. This role emphasizes teamwork and hands-on application of advanced technologies in chemical research. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop synthesis plans tailored to project needs
• Collaborate with Computational Chemistry teams for optimization
• Upgrade automated synthesis platforms and enhance stability
• Prepare SOPs and maintain accurate experimental records
• Ensure efficient operation of automated synthesis systems Requirements:
• PhD in Chemistry or related fields
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
• Fluent in English and Chinese, excellent logical reasoning
