About the Role

Are you looking to make a direct impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our Service Department. In this vital role, you will provide administrative support to both internal and external customers, ensuring the smooth flow of service operations by bridging the gap between customer needs, technician requirements, and departmental management.

Job Details & Compensation

• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

• Pay: $26.00 – $28.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Processing incoming orders and repair orders efficiently.

• Accurately quoting spare parts for both custom and production equipment.

• Managing shipping and receiving operations.

• Answering incoming phone calls and providing basic phone support and troubleshooting.

• Processing technician requests and providing hands-on assistance to technicians on the shop floor as needed.

• Providing coverage for the service manager and offering ongoing support for all internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Red Seal Mechanic ticket.
• Parts Technician ticket is considered a strong asset.

• 5+ years of experience in a service/parts role.

• 5+ years of experience in a customer service role.

• Experience handling shipping and receiving.

• Strong understanding of basic mechanical systems.

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment an asset.

• Excellent computer skills for order processing and documentation.

• Strong verbal communication skills for phone support and customer interaction.

• While primarily office-based, you’ll spend time in the shop or yard interacting with the team (PPE provided).

• You’ll be part of a team-oriented culture that values attention to detail.

• Must be comfortable with occasional overtime and working under pressure to meet customer needs.
