Take charge of product delivery with NEOGOV as a Senior PMO Manager. This remote role focuses on strategic governance of SaaS solutions in the public sector across Canada. We are looking for a Senior PMO Manager specializing in SaaS delivery management. In this role, you will lead portfolio execution, enhance planning maturity, and drive cross-functional alignment for multiple core products. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in risk management, execution leadership, and agile practices to optimize delivery outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead annual and quarterly planning and road-mapping
• Manage portfolio-level blockers, risks, and resource constraints
• Define scalable PMO governance frameworks
• Increase transparency and streamline issue resolution
• Apply AI tools for enhanced planning and forecasting Requirements:
• 7+ years of PMO or project leadership experience
• Proven success in managing complex initiatives
• Strong background in scaled agile methods
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Familiarity with JIRA, eazyBI, and delivery metrics Drive outcomes and foster innovation as you enhance our SaaS delivery processes at NEOGOV.
