- Manage multiple estimates of varying complexity
- Minimum of 5 years as a Construction Estimator
- Proficiency in estimating software like PlanSwift and ProCore
- Extensive experience with ICI facilities and budgets
- Effective communicator with a knack for negotiation
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related fields
