- Lead safety culture and initiatives in engineering teams
- Develop, design, and implement mining engineering processes
- Analyze and report on mining performance for improvement
- Maintain essential programs for ventilation and rock mechanics
- Engage business partners to identify operational opportunities
- Degree in mining engineering from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 10 years of underground experience including management
- Strong relationship management and communication abilities
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Professional in handling a rapidly changing work environment
