Human Factors Specialist for Rail Projects

- Develop Human Factors processes and documentation for rail projects

- Provide usability and ergonomics support for the rail industry
- Identify growth opportunities for Human Factors services
- Degree in Human Factors or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Professional certification in Human Factors is a plus
- Strong communication skills in French and English
- Effective collaboration across engineering teams
