Detailed Job Description
Experienced Business Consultant with 8+ years of expertise in Process Mapping, Business Analysis, and Business Transformation. Responsible for analyzing current-state processes, developing future-state workflows, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across business functions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct process assessments, identify transformation opportunities, and support AI-enabled process improvement initiatives. Create and maintain detailed process documentation using Visio and Microsoft Office tools while providing data-driven recommendations to enhance operational efficiency. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for successfully delivering business and process transformation outcomes in a hybrid work environment.
