Senior Change Manager - Remote Canada

Take the lead as a Senior Change Manager for a top-tier retail company, driving transformation in their procurement processes 100% remotely from Canada. Your expertise in organizational change management will guide essential technology implementations for global supplier management. In this fully remote role, you will spearhead organizational change management for a significant procurement modernization initiative. This includes leading training development and producing communications materials for various audiences, focusing on high-impact change delivery. The transformation journey encompasses several technology deployments, making your role vital for aligning stakeholder expectations across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead communications production for program releases
- Design training materials and curricula for platforms
- Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and mapping
- Coordinate multi-region deployment activities and cutover planning
- Drive quality assurance for enablement deliverables
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
- Over 5 years of change management experience
- Hands-on with enterprise procurement platforms like Coupa
- Strong proficiency with ADKAR change methodology
- Executive-level communication skills
