Job Responsibility:
Technical Support officer at Milton, ON will help in managing, maintaining and repairing the products of Tech4Life Enterprises.
Reporting: Manager- Technology Support
Job Responsibilities:
Regularly maintains Tech4Life's products and prepares them according to the needs of the clients. Also provides support to the clients and Sales teams in making the technology work for the customers.
Job Assignments:
· Maintains records of all the products and keeps them ready for the customers.
· Prepares the products according to the needs of the customers and Sales teams and tests them well before delivering to the customers.
· Provides training and support to the clients to ensure proper use of the technology.
· Maintains inventory of all products and manages regular ordering according to the company guidelines.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Software/Hardware/Biomedical engineering
- One-year experience in providing technology training and support to clients.
- Competent in IT skills, and able to confidently demonstrate software and tech devices to clients
