Xcare has been building the next generation Healthcare Growth Platform that helps healthcare organizations acquire, engage, retain, and grow their patients through AI-enabled technology, loyalty ecosystems, automation, referrals, and strategic partnerships.

Our vision is simple but ambitious—to become the operating system for healthcare growth.

Today, healthcare practices struggle with patient acquisition, retention, referrals, reputation management, engagement, and fragmented technology solutions. Xcare brings these capabilities together into one intelligent ecosystem designed to help healthcare organizations grow sustainably.

We’ve spent the last several years building:

• AI-enabled patient engagement solutions
• Healthcare loyalty and rewards ecosystems
• Referral and retention frameworks
• Marketing and growth automation platforms

We’re now looking for our Founding Growth Partner.

Who We’re Looking For

This is not a traditional sales role.

We’re looking for someone who wants to help build something meaningful over the next decade.

You may currently be:

• A VP Sales or Chief Growth Officer looking to build something from the ground up.
• A healthcare executive with an extensive network and a passion for innovation.
• A founder who has previously built and scaled businesses.
• A strategic partnerships leader who understands how ecosystems are created.
• An entrepreneur looking for their next challenge.

More importantly, you’re a builder.

You think in systems, not transactions. You’re excited by difficult problems and ambitious goals. You care more about creating value than titles.

What You’ll Own

You’ll work directly with the Founder to help shape the next phase of Xcare’s growth.

Areas of responsibility include:

• Sales strategy and revenue growth
• Healthcare partnerships and strategic alliances
• Building and scaling our sales organization
• Corporate and channel partnerships
• National expansion initiatives
• Business development and enterprise relationships
• Go-to-market strategy
• New revenue opportunities and strategic initiatives
• Helping shape the future direction of the company

What We’re NOT Looking For

For this role we’re not looking for:

• Traditional salespeople
• Consultants looking for a side project
• Someone looking for a guaranteed salary replacement
• People who simply “know a lot of people”
• Passive investors

Compensation

This role is intentionally designed differently.

Compensation will include:

• Performance-based commissions
• Revenue sharing opportunities
• Performance-based equity (up to 10%)
• Future executive leadership opportunities

Equity is earned through milestone achievement and long-term value creation—not granted simply for joining.
