Our team of skilled practitioners offers a range of services, including physiotherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, and more. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment. We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Administrator to join our dynamic team full-time. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic, providing excellent customer service, and supporting our healthcare professionals. If you are passionate about health and wellness and have strong administrative skills, we want to hear from you!

Front Desk Management : Greet clients, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a friendly and professional manner.

Schedule and manage appointments for various healthcare practitioners using clinic software.

Billing and Payments : Process payments, issue receipts, and manage insurance claims and billing inquiries.

Administrative Support : Clinic Operations : Ensure the clinic is clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.

Full-Time Shifts

Saturday - 9 am to 3 pm

Previous experience as an office administrator in a physiotherapy or chiropractic or similar field.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Outlook).

Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

A passion for health and wellness is highly desirable.

Must be cooperative, reliable and respectful of the clinic policies
