Commercial Insurance Underwriting Executive
Summit Commercial Solutions
Assess commercial risks and shape coverage solutions with Summit’s Commercial Sales team. Work from Kelowna, Winnipeg, Regina, Saskatoon, Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, or Victoria.As a Commercial Account Executive, you will provide front-line underwriting while managing and growing commercial insurance clients. You will evaluate unique industry needs, advise on risk mitigation, and market leads to carriers with Account Management. The role supports seamless client experiences and product insight.Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate prospective clients’ commercial risk profilesAdvise clients on risk mitigation strategiesCreate coverage solutions tailored to client needsMarket leads to carriers with Account ManagementIdentify improvements to customer and broking processesRequirements:
Level 2 insurance license required;
RIBO license is an assetAt least three years of relevant insurance experienceCommercial lines experience requiredAbility to explain complex concepts clearlyStrong attention to detail managing multiple clientsApply underwriting judgment, insurance licensing, and client communication to deliver tailored commercial coverage through Summit.
