Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in leadership or executive roles.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving organizational success.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics.
• Experience managing multiple projects, clients, or operational workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in global operations, language services, contact centers, or BPO industries.
• Background in process improvement and organizational scalability.
