• Provide leadership and technical support to instrumentation staff
• Oversee branch operations including scheduling and staffing

• Conduct regular site visits to promote safety
• Manage staffing levels, including recruitment and performance Requirements:
• Journeyperson Instrument Technician certification (Red Seal)
• Minimum 5 years in a management role
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation practices
• Proven leadership and decision-making skills
