Senior Manager, Culture Enablement at Aritzia

Elevate Aritzia's People & Culture strategy as a Senior Manager, enabling impactful organizational initiatives. This role focuses on roadmap execution, project management, and enhancing employee experiences across divisional operations.

As a Senior Manager in People & Culture Enablement, you will spearhead the vision for P&C initiatives, aligning them with Aritzia's business strategies. You’ll be instrumental in defining and driving plans to optimize employee engagement and operational excellence. With a focus on collaboration, you will also ensure the seamless execution of division-wide programs and facilitate regular communications regarding progress and priorities.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead daily P&C functions in alignment with corporate objectives • Drive the P&C vision and roadmap with cross-functional partners • Manage execution of division-scale People & Culture programs • Project manage key P&C initiatives from planning to implementation • Assess performance against strategic objectives and translate insights

Requirements: • Proven HR leadership experience in a corporate setting • Project Management skills; PMP certification preferred • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams • Commitment to Aritzia's values and results-driven approach • Strong problem-solving and operational rigor skills
