Job Description
The Proposal Manager will play a key role in preparing AQ/AP technical files for large-scale projects in alternative mode. This includes effectively coordinating the flow of information from contributors to meet deadlines, tracking necessary actions to ensure a harmonized collective effort, and adhering to established deadlines and quality standards. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of requirements and be able to influence and lead the team to propose optimal solutions to clients. What you will do Strategy Development: Define and validate a winning strategy with management approval, and ensure the team follows this strategy throughout the process. Project Management: Establish and maintain a detailed proposal schedule and responsibility matrix. Coordinate the team's efforts to meet strict deadlines and ensure the quality of deliverables. Effective Communication: Maintain clear and open communication channels among all team members, both internal and external, to ensure effective collaboration. Meeting Facilitation: Organize and lead regular meetings with the proposal team, including document reviews (Pink Team/Red Team/Gold Team), to track progress and quickly resolve issues. Content Writing and Revision: Oversee and review the work of writers to produce high-quality content that meets QA/PA requirements, while ensuring consistency and alignment of key messages and winning themes. Graphic Design: Collaborate closely with graphic designers to develop document templates, covers, organizational charts, and other visual elements that enhance the proposal's impact. Presentation Preparation: Contribute to the preparation of client meetings, workshops, and oral presentation materials to maximize the impact of proposals. AI Utilization: Use artificial intelligence tools to analyze tender requirements and generate narrative to enhance proposal quality. Qualifications Education: University degree in language, project management, engineering, architecture, or related field. PMP or APMP certification is an asset. Experience: 3 to 5 years in proposal management for large-scale projects in alternative mode or PPP (P3). Leadership: Inspire and lead the team. Organization: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
