(FISPAN) is an Enterprise SaaS FinTech company that allows banks to deploy embedded financial products and services to create a seamless banking connection for their corporate clients. We are looking for dynamic and passionate individuals to join our high performance team and contribute to our rapid growth and exciting journey.

We are looking for an experienced and highly autonomous IC2 Onboarding Consultant to step up and independently lead complex client implementations, and strategic internal and ecosystem partner projects. This role transitions from assisting onboarding initiatives to full ownership, making you the primary project manager and solution architect for your assigned engagements.

The IC2 often acts as the  primary client or Bank Partner liaison , applying deep expertise in FISPAN configuration and complex troubleshooting to deliver high-quality solutions and drive client value. You will be responsible for defining project plans, managing risk, designing tailored training, and mentoring junior IC1s . Success requires a balance of technical Quality , strategic Innovation , decisive Leadership , and professional Communication with clients, partners and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage and execute complex client implementations and assigned internal projects, including proactive risk management and scope control.


• Act as the Primary Relationship Owner for high-value implementation projects, managing client/Bank Partner expectations and handling all key communications.


• Design and deliver tailored training programs and documentation (UAT/Go-Live support) to ensure high client adoption and improved Bank Partner and internal enablement.


• Apply Technical Mastery to diagnose and resolve complex configuration and integration issues with minimal escalation.


• Actively mentor and provide guidance to IC1 Onboarding Consultants, contributing to their development and the team's knowledge sharing.

Compensation Package

FISPAN believes in an atmosphere and culture when innovation can flourish, collaboration and teamwork are valued and transparency is at the core of it all. We want our employees to see how the ideas they help generate today have an impact on how we do business tomorrow.With that, the hiring salary range for this position is $71,260-$83,730 annually; the base pay offered is based on comparable market data from companies of similar employee size, revenue and location. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive semi-annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
