Langjährige Erfahrung mit SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, idealerweise zertifiziert
Erfahrung in mindestens einem anderen SAP SuccessFactors Modul
Gutes Verständnis von ganzheitlichen Onboardingprozessen auch in Verbindung mit den angrenzenden Schnittmengen wie Recruiting, Learning, G&P und Employee Central
Beratungskompetenz, Empathie & konzeptionelles Denken
