Job Responsibility:
As our Order Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with the administration of our Direct Store Delivery (DSD) business. The ideal candidate would be expected to provide administrative support to our DSD Lead as well as providing hands on guidance and direction to warehouse staff on order preparation and customer service. The successful candidate should have a strong background in administration and MUST have experience in the Fresh Seafood Industry.
Under the direction of the Order Coordinator, the key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Receive orders electronically from stores and enter same into our ERP system, Sage 300 (ACC PAC)
- Prepare volume totals by banner for warehouse team to set product aside.
- Prepare picking slips for order preparation and assist/guide warehouse staff during the order preparation process.
- Respond to customer enquiries on order preparation, timing of delivery and post-delivery issues
- Negotiate sales blitz promotions with stores with aim of growing sales volume and/or moving excess product.
- Identify and resolve all customer enquiries or concerns
- To assist with any other task assigned by the CEO, General Manager or Senior Sales Team as required.
