Senior Order Processing Associate

Job Responsibility:

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Order Processing Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about order processing and a wide variety of tasks. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and be self-motivated. This role reports to the Supervisor of Order Processing.

This is a full-time permanent role (in office) Monday-Friday 9 am to 5 pm.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately update, and maintain data in designated systems and platforms

• Assist in pulling orders from email and uploading in AS400

• Learn all the areas of the department: data entry, editing, scheduling

• Follow established procedures and adhere to timelines

• Responding in a timely manner to ongoing queries and requests from colleagues/customers

• Client contracts, projects and special pricing

• Liaising with the team, including, but not limited to, assisting with obtaining information, documentation and following up on complex issues where input and interpretation are requested

• Liaising with internal clients for clarification and issue resolution

• Reviewing documents for accuracy

• Maintaining customer confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential

• Liaising with external clients for clarification or outstanding documents

• Other tasks may be assigned

Qualification & Experience:

• College Diploma or relevant work experience in data entry or administrative roles with a minimum of 5 year's experience

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

• Proficiency in data entry software, spreadsheets, and other relevant tools, AS400 an asset

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Bright and confident with pleasant personality

• Proactive, flexible and dynamic

• Ability to follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency

• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) to collaborate with team members effectively

• Demonstrate ability to use discretion and make sound judgement

• Capacity to work under pressure with the ability to balance multiple priority-based and time-based tasks simultaneously
