Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Management scale (Level 3) to join our team at Furniture Comapny. In this role, you will oversee daily production operations, ensuring that production schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations are met efficiently. You will supervise a dedicated team of workers, manage production workflows, and collaborate with various departments to achieve production goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of production processes, and a commitment to improving efficiency and product quality.
Duties
- Supervise the production staff on the floor, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Monitor equipment usage and maintenance schedules.
- Track production output and adjust workflows to maintain targets.
- Handle any production delays, issues, or bottlenecks and communicate solutions.
- Conduct training and ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with inventory and procurement teams to ensure raw materials are available for production.
- Manage production records, including work orders and performance reports.
- 3-5 years of production floor experience.
- Production planning, team supervision, quality control, lean manufacturing, CNC operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in a production management role within a Furniture manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in furniture or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, ERP systems, and safety standards.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
