What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting the day-to-day operations of the motorclothes and merchandise department, both in-store and online
Assisting with inventory management, including receiving, tagging, and organizing new merchandise
Coordinating e-commerce activity: uploading products, tracking online orders, updating inventory and promotions
Delivering exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via digital platforms
Helping to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment
Participating in special events, pop-ups, and seasonal retail campaigns
Providing administrative and logistical support to the Merchandise Manager
What You Bring:
1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in automotive, lifestyle, or automotive accessories
E-commerce platform experience
A customer-first mindset with a strong understanding of retail service standards
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Passion for the Harley-Davidson brand and lifestyle is a major plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A team player attitude with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
