Order Entry Administrator

Order Entry Administrator Reporting directly to the Order Entry Supervisor. The Order Entry Supervisor is responsible for maintaining all files and databases and completing all administrative duties with accuracy and in a timely manner. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Education

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration is preferred.

Years of Experience

• Minimum one year of administrative/data entry support experience.

Job Specific Duties

• Maintain office filling and storage systems;
• Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists, client information;
• Update and maintain production schedules and filling of all orders;
• Enter orders in the computer and make hard copies;
• Create Bill of Landing (BOL) and scan to purchasers after shipments;
• Process orders as required;
• Track orders and report the status of completion;
• Follow up with any internal and external inquiries related to the orders and resolve any issues;
• Order parts for machines and tools for plant workers;
• Monitor production inventories to avoid low supplies;
• Review takeoff and keep the inventory up to date as required;
• Keep up with accounting for bookkeeping;
• Create weekly timesheets for agency employees;
• Track costing and invoices;
• Track stock and inventory usage; and
• Any other tasks assigned by the Order Entry Supervisor.
